TMR Omnipolar Push Pull Switch Sensor

Littelfuse TMR Omnipolar Push Pull Switch Sensor provides a magnetically triggered digital switch with high sensitivity, high speed, and low power consumption. This switch sensor contains a Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) magnetic sensor and CMOS signal processing circuitry, including an on-chip TMR voltage generator for precise magnetic sensing. The TMR omnipolar switch sensor integrates a TMR voltage amplifier, comparator, and Schmitt trigger to provide switching hysteresis for noise rejection and CMOS push-pull output. This switch sensor operates at low power with fast response, accurate switching points, excellent thermal stability, and immunity to stray field interference.
