High-Speed Schmitt Trigger Optocouplers
Vishay High-Speed Schmitt Trigger Optocouplers utilise a high-efficiency input LED coupled with an integrated optical photodiode IC detector in DIP-6 and SMD-6 packages. These 1MBd high-speed optocouplers feature an open collector transistor output with Schmitt-Trigger functionality for easy integration into digital systems. The Schmitt Trigger Optocouplers offer guaranteed On/Off threshold hysteresis and minimum common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 10kV/μs. The 3V to 15V power supply range of these optocouplers enables isolated level shifting in applications that use different voltage domains.
