SKYA21001 20MHz to 3GHz SPDT Switch

Skyworks SKYA21001 20MHz to 3GHz Single-Pole Double-Throw (SPDT) Switch features low insertion loss and positive voltage operation. This SPDT switch is qualified JEDEC (JESD22) standard at 25°C and is AEC-Q100 qualified. The SKYA21001 SPDT switch is RoHS compliant and free from lead. The switch is available in a 6-pin 2mm x1.25mm ultra-miniature SC-70 package. Typical applications include infotainment, automated toll systems, GPS/navigation, garage door opener, telematics and other similar automotive applications. 

SKYA210xx RF Switches

Skyworks SKYA210xx RF Switches are offered in SPDT, SPDT (SP2T), SP3T, SP4T, and DPDT configurations. These devices provide excellent performance and value while utilizing proven technologies for high reliability. SKYA210xx RF Switches are used in various systems, including cellular smartphones, base stations, WLAN front-end modules, and RF/microwave test instruments. These compact, surface-mounted switches are ideal for space-constrained applications and are offered in various packages for design flexibility.
