Diodes Incorporated's DESDALC5LP 1-Channel Bi-Directional TVS Diode is a new generation of transient voltage suppression that is designed to protect sensitive electronics from damage due to ESD. The combination of small size and high ESD surge capability makes it ideal for use in portable applications such as cellular phones, digital cameras, and MP3 players. Features include low profile package, ultra-small PCB footprint area, provides ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 standard (Air ±30kV, Contact ±30kV), and low channel input capacitance.
