SC3530-01LTG ESD Protection Diodes

Littelfuse SC3530-01LTG ESD Protection Diodes provide ultra-low capacitance, and unidirectional ESD protection. These diodes offer a high level of protection for electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharge. The typical capacitance of 0.3pF@3GHz helps ensure excellent signal integrity on challenging consumer electronics interfaces such as HDMI, USB 3.0, and USB 2.0. Littelfuse SC3530-01LTG ESD Protection Diodes can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at +22kV and safely dissipate 2.5A of 8/20μs surge current.

ESD Protection Solutions

Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes

Littelfuse TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) Diodes are a broad range of circuit protection products designed to protect electronic circuits against transients and overvoltage threats such as EFT (electrically fast transients) and ESD (electro-static discharge). Lightning strikes, inductive load switching, and ESD cause electrical over-stresses associated with the transmission on data lines and electronic circuits. Offered in a variety of surface mount and through-hole circuit board mounting formats, the TVS Diode portfolio includes high peak pulse current and peak pulse power options up to 20kA and 30kW, respectively. Littelfuse TVS Diodes are chosen for the fast response time (low clamping voltage), lower capacitance, and low leakage current. TVS Diodes are available in both unidirectional (unipolar) or bidirectional (bipolar) diodes circuit configurations. 

TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)

Littelfuse Silicon Protection Array (SPA®) TVS Diodes are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). These diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. Littelfuse TVS diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.
