C8051T606 OTP EPROM Microcontrollers

The Silicon Labs C8051T606 microcontroller family provides plenty of high-end features and the space savings of the industry's smallest MCUs. The Silicon Labs C8051T606 mixed-signal MCU family features the highest level of processing power in class and a high degree of functional density for programmable embedded systems. These OTP EPROM MCUs also reduce PCB footprint and BOM cost by integrating a voltage monitor and precision oscillator for space-limited designs. Silicon Labs C8051T606 MCUs are useful as a communications bridge between ICs with incompatible interfaces, such as DSPs, ASICs, and MCUs found in a variety of end markets, such as gateways, consumer product accessories, or sensor modules.
