QPL1240 GaAs pHEMT 75Ohm Amplifier ICs

Qorvo QPL1240 GaAs pHEMT 75Ohm Amplifier ICs boast an ultra-linear GaAs pHEMT 75Ohm differential design. The Qorvo ICs have a wide operating bandwidth of 5-1218MHz, 17dB of gain, and a low-noise figure. The differential push-pull topology ensures excellent second-order intermodulation performance. The QPL1240 is ideal for low-noise balanced amplification in DOCSIS downstream and upstream applications. The QPL1240 is packaged in a small SOIC-8 plastic package.
