This diode features power factor correction, zero reverse recovery current, output rectification, fast and temperature-independent switching, and EV charging stations. The SiC Schottky diode offers near-zero switching loss and requires smaller heatsinks. The SiC Schottky diode operates and is stored at -55°C to 175°C temperature range. This Schottky diode is RoHS and REACH compliant. Typical applications include solar inverters, power supplies, motor drives, and charging stations.
