VX60M100PW Dual TMBS Rectifiers

Vishay General Semiconductor VX60M100PW Dual Trench MOS Barrier Schottky (TMBS) Rectifiers feature 100V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage and 2 x 30A maximum average forward rectified current. These devices are offered in a TO-247AD 3L case and utilize Vishay's Trench MOS Schottky technology. Additional features include low power losses, low forward voltage drop, and high-efficiency operation. Vishay VX60M100PW Dual TMBS Rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified. Typical applications include high-frequency DC/DC converters, switching power supplies, freewheeling diodes, OR-ing diodes, and reverse battery protection.
