Murata Power Solutions MGJ3 Series meets the high isolation and dv/dt requirements commonly seen in bridge circuits used in motor drives and inverters. The series features a disable/frequency synchronization pin that simplifies EMC filter design. MGJ3 protection features include short circuit protection and overload protection.
