TS880 Single Nanopower Open-Drain Comparator

STMicroelectronics TS880 Single Nanopower Open-Drain Comparator features an ultra-low supply current of 250nA typical per operator. The TS880 also features rail-to-rail input capability and open-drain output. The comparator can be used in a wide range of portable applications. The TS880 minimises battery supply leakage and enhances battery lifetime. The comparator operates from a 0.9 to 5.5V supply voltage and can be used over a wide temperature range (-40 to +125°C). This keeps the current consumption at an ultra-low level.
