KIT_ACT_BRD_60R040S7 Active-Bridge Daughter Card

Infineon Technologies KIT_ACT_BRD_60R040S7 Active-Bridge Daughter Card is a line rectifier module reference design featuring a 40mΩ 600V CoolMOS™ S7 Superjunction MOSFET, an integrated IR11688S 200V Dual SR Controller, and 2EDF7275F MOSFET gate-driver IC. This Active-Bridge design aims to replace standard diode bridge rectifiers with an active full-bridge for line rectification in standard Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM) Power Factor Correction (PFC) Converters. The board is equipped with all control and driving circuitries and has to be connected via five pins to the line and neutral the input AC network, to DC+ and DC- at the input of the boost converter, and to the 12V supply for the driving logic. The GND of the logic is linked to DC-.
