SST25WF040B/80B SPI Serial Flash Memory

Microchip Technology SST25WF040B/80B SPI Serial Flash Memory chips are designed with a four-wire, SPI-compatible interface that allows for a low pin-count package. These serial flash occupy minimum board space and lowers total system costs. The SST25WF040B/80B serial flash memory chips are manufactured using high-performance CMOS SuperFlash technology. To attain better reliability, these serial flash chips have a split-gate design and a thick-oxide tunneling injector.
