BAT46WQ Automotive Schottky Barrier Diodes

Diodes Incorporated BAT46WQ Automotive Schottky Barrier Diodes feature a high breakdown voltage, low turn-on voltage and guard ring construction for transient protection. The BAT46WQ diodes from Diodes Incorporated are designed to meet the stringent requirements of AEC-Q101 and are ideal for polarity protection diodes, re-circulating diodes, and switching diodes.

Automotive Brushless DC (BLDC) Motor Applications

Diodes Incorporated Automotive Brushless DC (BLDC) Motors offer improved performance, longer lifetime, reduced noise, and greater ease of use when compared to equivalent mechanical solutions. MOSFETs within the BLDC Motor Systems are typically configured in a three-phase bridge arrangement to drive the DC motor. The MOSFETs must be capable of handling start-up and stalled motor currents of up to six times the continuous current rating of the motor. The Diodes Incorporated BLDC Motors are extensively used in automotive applications such as fuel pumps, water pumps, and Anti-Lock Braking Systems (ABS), and provide additional torque for power steering systems.

Automotive Schottky Diodes & Rectifiers

These Schottky diodes and rectifiers offer up to 60A current and 100V reverse voltage ratings. The automotive Schottky diodes and rectifiers feature low reverse leakage current at high temperatures, minimizing circuit losses and increasing protection against thermal runaway. These diodes and rectifiers provide a low forward voltage drop that reduces conduction losses and improves overall efficiency.
