Advanced Photonix APX-SC0010 Silicon Carbide Photodiode offers a 1mm² active area constructed on a 2-pin TO-46 package. The APX-SC0010 features a spectral range from 200nm to 380nm, and it completely blocks any wavelength outside this range, including the visible range. The Advanced Photonix APX-SC0010 silicon carbide photodiode is exceptionally durable and can withstand prolonged UV exposure in many applications.
