RBS2 Series Schottky Barrier Diodes
ROHM Semiconductor RBS2 Series Schottky Barrier Diodes are small power mold type diodes with 2A rectified forward current (IO) and 20V reverse direct voltage (VR). These diodes are manufactured using silicon epitaxial planar type construction and are housed in either PMDU (SOD-123FL) or PMDTM (SOD-128) packages. The RBS2 barrier diodes offer super low VF, high reliability, and operate at -55°C to +125°C temperature range. ROHM Semiconductor schottky barrier diodes are ideally suited for general rectification.
