LM686x5-Q1 Buck DC/DC Converters

Texas Instruments LM686x5-Q1 Buck DC/DC Converters are designed for high efficiency, high-power density, and ultra-low electromagnetic interference (EMI). These DC/DC converters operate with an input voltage range of 3V to 65V and a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. temperature range. The LM686x5-Q1 converters are automotive devices with Low-EMI ZEN 1 Switcher Technology Optimized for safety-relevant applications. The LM686x5-Q1 devices are available with pin-selectable fixed output voltages of 3.3V and 5V, or in an adjustable configuration. These LM686x5-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. The LM686x5-Q1 converters are offered in a 3.6mm x 2.6mm, thermally enhanced, 20-pin eQFN package. These devices are suitable for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), automotive infotainment and cluster, hybrid, electric, and powertrain systems.
