Eco Block Pressure Contact Modules

Infineon Technologies Eco Block Pressure Contact Modules provide a high level of  thyristor and diode blocking stability, leading to high reliability and an outstanding lifetime. Pressure Contact (PC) technology guarantees a short-on-fail feature, which prevents arcing and simplifies the safety designs in terms of unit shielding and fusing effort. These 60mm Eco Block Pressure Contact Modules are offered in the Thyristor/Thyristor and Thyristor/Diode topologies, with a blocking voltage of 1600V or 2200V, and in current ratings from 420A to 630A.
