SP0502B Series Diode Arrays

Littelfuse SP0502B is a low capacitance TVS diode array designed to protect high-speed data interfaces from over-voltage caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD), cable discharge events (CDE), and electrical fast transients (EFT). It has a typical capacitance of only 0.3pF (pin 1 to 2) making it suitable for use on circuits operating in excess of 3GHz without signal attenuation.

These robust diodes can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes from 7A up to ±30kV (contact discharge, IEC 61000-4-2). These Littelfuse arrays are PPAP capable, single-origin flow from wafer creation through testing, tape, and reel. Littelfuse AQx automotive-grade TVS diode arrays offer durable protection for current and emerging interfaces in the automotive industry.

AQ3102 Automotive-Grade TVS Diode Arrays

Littelfuse AQ3102 Automotive-Grade TVS Diode Arrays are AEC-Q101 qualified and offer low capacitance of 1pF per I/O. These devices protect electronics from electrostatic discharge (ESD) by integrating two channels of low-capacitance steering diodes and an additional Zener diode. This design safely absorbs repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum contact level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. The low off-state capacitance makes the AQ3102 ideal for protecting high-speed signal lines such as USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 and 1Gb Ethernet. Typical applications include LCD/PDP TVs, external storage, smartphones, ultrabooks/notebooks, portable medical devices, automotive electronics, wearable technology, and more.
