The BTS50010-1TAE features an R_DS(ON) down to 1.0mΩ, and is housed in a D2PAK (PG-TO263-7). The device has benchmark energy robustness and an inrush current capability of up to 250A that supports motorcycle and scooter requirements for starters. BTS50010-1TAE addresses automotive, industrial, and consumer applications like lawnmowers, chainsaws, and any load with harsh switching demands.
