MAAL-011181 Distributed Low-Noise Amplifier

MACOM MAAL-011181 Distributed Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) is a wideband amplifier with an operating frequency range of 9kHz to 20GHz. This low noise amplifier features a 2.5dB noise figure, 15dB gain, 29dBm output IP3, 19dBm output P1dB, and 21dBm P3dB. The MAAL-011181 low noise amplifier also features a 5V supply voltage and 125mA Quiescent current. This low-noise amplifier requires no external matching components but only external biasing components. The MAAL-011181 low noise amplifier is available in a 5mm, 32 lead PQFN package and is lead-free and RoHS compliant. This low-noise amplifier is designed for wideband applications such as test equipment. Typical applications include ISM and multi-market.
