The compact design and built-in matching networks reduce layout complexity and minimize board space, making the FEM ideal for next-generation wireless systems. Engineered for efficiency, the Qorvo QPF4507 delivers superior PA performance across a supply voltage range that reduces power consumption while supporting digital pre-distortion (DPD) for maximum linear output power and industry-leading throughput. This performance is maintained over an exceptionally wide bandwidth, enabling operation across all UNII-1 to UNII 1-3 channels (5.1GHz to 5.9GHz). A multi-mode receive path ensures high data rates and reliable connectivity over extended distances.
