It has been optimized for low gate charge, low on-resistance, fast switching speed, and body diode reverse recovery performance. These onsemi PowerTrench MOSFETs feature next-generation enhanced body diode technology engineered for soft recovery. FDMS7698 N-Channel PowerTrench MOSFETs are designed for use in DC-DC conversion, OringFET / load switching, VRM Vcore switching for desktop and server, and IMVP Vcore switching for notebook computers.
