DRV8212P H-Bridge Motor Driver

Texas Instruments DRV8212P 12V, 3A H-Bridge Motor Driver provides PWM control with low power sleep mode, optimized for systems with lower current requirements. The DRV8212P Motor Driver is integrated with four N-channel power FETs, a charge pump regulator, and protection circuitry. The triple charge pump architecture allows the device to operate down to 1.65V to accommodate 1.8V supply rails and low-battery conditions. The charge pump integrates all capacitors to reduce the overall solution size of the motor driver on a PCB and allows for 100% duty cycle operation.

DRV8837C Low-Voltage H-Bridge Drivers

Texas Instruments DRV8837C Low-Voltage H-Bridge Drivers provide an integrated motor driver solution for various applications. These include cameras, consumer products, toys, and other low-voltage or battery-powered motion control applications. This device can drive one DC motor or other devices like solenoids. The output driver block consists of N-channel power MOSFETs that are configured as an H-bridge to drive the motor winding. An internal charge pump generates needed gate drive voltages. The DRV8837C device can supply up to 1A of output current. The device operates on a motor power supply voltage from 0 to 11V. The control logic can operate on 1.8V to 5V rails. The DRV8837C includes a PWM (IN/IN) input interface. Internal shutdown functions are provided for overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, undervoltage lockout, and overtemperature.
