Texas Instruments TPS1HC120-Q1 Single-Channel Smart High-Side Switch is a fully protected high-side switch with a charge pump and an integrated NMOS power FET, designed to meet the requirements of 12V automotive systems. The low RON (120mΩ typical) minimizes device power dissipation when driving a wide range of output load currents up to 1.5A.
