These diodes feature low inductance, low leakage current, and excellent voltage clamping capability. The SM8TxxH diodes leverage a V-Groove interlock and dimple design that offers high reliability. These TVS diodes are available in a broad range of footprints designed with the DO-218AB package. The SM8TxxH diodes operate at 20V and 33V to 36V voltage range and -55°C to 150°C temperature range. Typical applications include networking systems and body electronics, ADAS and safety systems, automotive lighting, and battery management systems.
