Featuring low leakage current, the UG series is offered as an ideal transient protection solution for high clock speed integrated circuit applications, battery-operated devices, backlit displays, medical/instrument applications, low voltage power conversion circuits, and power supervisory chipsets. The low leakage characteristics also make the series suitable for optic circuits such as LDD, SerDes, and laser diodes.
