0900 / 0906 / 0907 Spring-Loaded Connectors

Mill-Max 0900, 0906, and 0907 series spring-loaded connectors provide a reliable electrical connection in the most rigorous environments. Precision-machined gold-plated contacts with a low-resistance spring maintain a consistent electrical path for maximum continuity. Mill-Max 0900, 0906, and 0907 have been tested to a minimum of 50G shock and 10G vibration with no spikes >1µs and >1.15V with 0.5A applied. Maximum endurance is one million electrically silent cycles. The strip assemblies have a .100" mounting grid, with low- and high-profile surface mount styles available in a variety of pin lengths. Mill-Max 0900, 0906, and 0907 series spring-loaded connectors are well-suited for internal battery connection, change base for portable instruments, and PCB connection.
