CGD1700HB2P-BM3 Gate Drivers

Wolfspeed CGD1700HB2P-BM3 Gate Drivers are optimized for use with Wolfspeed’s High-Performance BM3 Half-Bridge Power Modules. These gate drivers have high-frequency, ultra-fast switching operations and onboard 2W isolated power supplies. The CGD1700HB2P-BM3 has primary OVLO and reverse polarity protection and secondary UVLO with hysteresis. Differential inputs for increased noise immunity and increased current trip level versatility are features of these drivers, as well as very low isolation capacitance, onboard overcurrent, shoot-through, and reverse polarity protection. Single-ended to differential daughter boards are available (CGD12HB00D). Wolfspeed CGD1700HB2P-BM3 Gate Driver applications include Wolfspeed 62mm BM3 module evaluation and DC bus voltage up to 1500V.
