ROHM Semiconductor BD2226, BD2227 BD2232, BD2233, BD2240, and BD2241 Current Limit High Side Switch ICs are low on-resistance N-channel MOSFET high-side power switches, optimized for Universal Serial Bus (USB) applications. Each device is equipped with the function of over-current detection, thermal shutdown, under-voltage lockout, and soft-start.
