The EFR32ZG28 SoC is an ideal device family for developing energy-friendly connected IoT applications. The Explorer Kit is designed to demonstrate and prototype IoT applications for Amazon Sidewalk rapidly. The board arrives programmed with an out-of-the-box application ready to connect to the Amazon Sidewalk network, allowing demonstration of uplink/downlink over the Amazon Sidewalk network between the end device and the cloud.
