These switches feature an extended operating voltage range up to 60V to ensure the highest operational reliability. The PROFET™ + 48V switches are AEC-Q100 automotive qualified and are ISO 26262-ready. These switches are available in DSO-8 and TSDSO-14/24 packages. The PROFET™ + 48V switches are suitable for resistive, inductive and capacitive loads, replacing electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits, and suitable for 48V systems.
