Ultrasound Digital Transmit Pulsers

ABLIC Ultrasound Digital Transmit Pulsers integrate a logic input interface, voltage level translators, MOSFET gate drive buffers, and high-voltage high-current P- and N-channel MOSFETs. The Pulsers offer well-matched output impedance and current of P- and N-channel MOSFETs and active ground clamps. These features result in excellent positive and negative-onset pulse matching and low harmonic distortion. An active output termination works with active ground clamps to improve isolation performance in a receiving period. Additionally, synchronizing data with a clock signal enhances output jitter performance and channel-to-channel delay mismatch.
