ED-CM4COOLER Heatsink

EDATEC ED-CM4COOLER Heatsink ensures the reliability of the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 (CM4). Heat is dissipated through three thermal-conductive pads attached to the back of the ED-CM4COOLER, ensuring close attachment with the CPU, wireless module, and PMU on the CM4. The heatsink includes four nylon washers (1.5mm and 3mm height) that prevent damage to the board-to-board connector or deformation of the CM4 when screws affix the ED-CM4COOLER on the CM4. The component can reduce the temperature of the CM4 by a maximum of 20°C when the room temperature is +25°C and the CPU and DDR memory are fully loaded. The EDATEC ED-CM4COOLER Heatsink also supports the full series of CM4 modules, including the wireless version.
