HC-STAK 25 HV Interconnection Systems

TE Connectivity's (TE) HC-STAK 25 HV Interconnection Systems offer a safer, more reliable connection suitable for connector voltages up to 1000VDC. These systems are specifically designed to meet the increased connectivity requirements of high-voltage interconnection systems for electric vehicles (EVs) and hybrid EVs (HEVs). The HC-STAK 25 series provides scalable, reliable high-power distribution to each aggregate throughout the vehicle's lifetime. The lineup includes a double-ended fork terminal that provides a low contact resistance arrangement while meeting sealing, shielding, and touch-safe requirements in a very compact package. TE HC-STAK 25 HV Interconnection Systems provide the flexibility to interconnect with a wide range of conductor cross-sections, geometries, and materials. Applications include EV/HEV powertrains, HV battery and inverter systems, E-motors, and power distribution.
