Baseband Voice DS1 SIDACtor Protection Thyristors

Littelfuse Baseband Voice DS1 SIDACtor^® Protection Thyristors focus on addressing the performance and regulatory requirements of baseband telecommunications equipment such as voice, modems, and DS1. The P-3A-L thyristors Littelfuse feature low voltage overshoot, low on-state voltage, low capacitance, and fails short circuit when surged in excess of ratings.
