4D LCD 7" TFT Liquid Crystal Displays are color-active matrix LCD modules incorporating an amorphous silicon thin-film transistor. These displays include a color TFT-LCD panel, driver IC, FPC, and a backlight unit. Available options include a Resistive/Capacitive Touch Panel (RTP or CTP) and a Cover Lens Bezel (CLB). The 4D LCD 7" TFT Liquid Crystal Displays provide a module display area of 800 x 480 pixels.
