onsemi NCV59801 High Accuracy Low Dropout (LDO) Regulators are 1A devices with high PSRR, low noise, and Power Good open collector output. Designed to meet RF/sensitive analogue circuit requirements, the NCV59801 regulators provide a low quiescent current and can regulate output voltages down to 0.6V. Available in industry-standard DFNW8 0.65P (3mm x 3mm) and WDFNW6 0.65P (2mm x 2mm) packages, the devices offer excellent load/line transients. NCV59801 is designed to work with a 4.7µF input/output ceramic capacitor.
