IIM-20670 MotionTracking MEMS® Device

TDK InvenSense IIM-20670 MotionTracking^® MEMS^® Device is a 6-axis SmartIndustrial™ MotionTracking device that combines a 3-axis gyroscope and a 3-axis accelerometer. This device operates at a ±41dps to ±1966dps gyroscope range, ±2g to ±65g accelerometer range, two temperature sensors, and 10MHz Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI). The IIM-20670 MotionTracking features a 3V to 5.5V operating voltage range, a current consumption below 10mA, a 10,000g shock tolerant structure and a -40°C to 105°C operating temperature range. This device includes on-chip 16-bit ADCs, programmable digital filters, and an embedded temperature sensor.
