The screw-to-screw design ensures that both input and output wires are firmly fastened, enabling easy standardization of solid-wire cordsets across applications. These rugged terminal blocks come in a modern, low-profile form factor that saves space while maintaining a "dead front" design with no exposed metal parts for improved electrical safety. All models are rated for 300V (450V in Europe) and use galvanized steel screws and nickel- or tin-plated brass inserts for reliability and long-term performance. Heyco TB Wire Protector Terminal Blocks are constructed from nylon 6/6 materials and feature a UL 94V-2 flammability rating.
