The diodes offer low losses, low forward and reverse recovery time, high surge current capability, and a high maximum junction temperature. STMicroelectronics STTH602Cx Ultrafast Recovery Diodes are offered in DPAK, PSMC (TO-277A), and TO-220AB packages. The STTH602CxY variants are AEC-Q101 qualified for use in automotive applications.
