Miniature 0201 MLV Suppressors
KYOCERA AVX Miniature 0201 MLV Suppressors are multilayer ceramic transient voltage suppressors with ESD protection for circuits with board-space constraints. The 0201 MLVs offer bidirectional ESD protection in a small package with an added advantage of EMI/RFI attenuation. These KYOCERA AVX suppressors can replace 2 diodes and the EMC capacitor for a one-chip solution. Other features include 15pF to 150pF capacitance, fast response time to ESD strikes, and multi-strike capability. Applications include cell phones, PDA, camera modules, embedded components, hearing aids, and circuits with space constraints.
