QPQ5230 2.4GHz Wi-Fi® LTE coexBoost™ Filter

Qorvo QPQ5230 2.4GHz Wi-Fi^® LTE coexBoost™ Filter enables the coexistence of Wi-Fi and LTE signals within the same device or in close vicinity to one another. This high-performance, high-power bulk acoustic wave (BAW) band-pass filter offers extremely steep skirts that simultaneously exhibit low loss in the Wi-Fi band and high near-in rejection in adjacent bands. The QPQ5230TR13 features a 1.1mm x 0.9mm x 0.6mm package with improved power handling and single-ended I/O configuration. The module operates over a frequency range of 2412MHz to 2472MHz and a temperature range of -30°C to +85°C. Applications for the Qorvo QPQ5230 coexBoost filter include access points, wireless routers, mobile phones, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
