Comchip Technology CDBHA30100LR-HF Low VF Schottky Barrier Rectifier features low power loss and high efficiency. This rectifier offers 100V of maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage and 30A of maximum average forward rectified current. The CDBHA30100LR-HF Schottky rectifier has a high current capability, high surge capability, and low forward voltage drop. This rectifier includes a guard ring to protect the device from damage due to overvoltage. The CDBHA30100LR-HF is ideal for automated placement. This rectifier is a RoHS-compliant and halogen-free device, that comes in a small plastic molded TO-277B package.
