These devices can effectively reduce the secondary-side rectifier power dissipation and provide a high-performance solution. The N-Channel MOSFET has been optimized for low gate charge, low RDS(ON), fast switching speed, and body diode reverse recovery performance. By sensing the MOSFET drain-to-source voltage, these controllers can output an ideal drive signal with fewer external components.
