ThunderFET® 150V to 250V MOSFETs
Vishay / Siliconix ThunderFET® 150V to 250V MOSFETs feature VDS voltages of 150V, 200V, and 250V in N-Channel polarity types. Package types include the TO-252, PowerPAK SO-8, TO-263, and TO-220AB. The PowerPAK SO-8 packages achieve the best Rds, Qg, and Qoss by minimizing the package resistance and parasitic inductance. The SIR692DP 250V figure-of-merit (FOM) is 42% lower than prior generations. Applications for Vishay / Siliconix ThunderFET 150V to 250V MOSFETs include synchronous rectification, DC/DC converters, DC/AC inverters, and power supplies.
