HSMF-C114 Tricolor ChipLED

Broadcom HSMF-C114 Tricolor ChipLED features an ultra-small and thin package of 1.6mm x 1.5mm x 0.35mm with a red / green / blue color combination. These primary colors can be mixed to create a range of secondary colors to suit any application and product theme. Broadcom HSMF-C114 Tricolor ChipLED uses AlInGaP and InGaN die technology to deliver high brightness. Typical applications for the HSMF-C114 include backlighting, status and front-panel indicators, office automation, home appliances, and industrial equipment.

HSMF-C11x Tricolour ChipLEDs

Broadcom HSMF-C11x Tricolour ChipLEDs are small in size with a narrow footprint and low profile for back lighting, status indication and front panel illumination. These ChipLEDs are offered in tape and reel to facilitate pick and place operation. The package is compatible with IR soldering and binned by both colour and intensity.
