Robust right-angle and vertical PCB-mount SPE jacks mate to field-terminable plugs, resulting in a complete shielded interface with metal latching features. Mechanically robust and secure latching with 360° shielding delivers excellent performance in harsh environments. Amphenol Commercial SPE IP20 Connectors feature current handling up to 4A, support Power over Data Link (PoDL) capability up to 1km, and are fully compatible with IEC 63171-6 interconnects from other authorized vendors. The series eliminates slow and complex fieldbus protocols and connections by simplifying and standardizing existing and new industrial network systems. SPE eliminates the need for protocol conversion gateways.
