N24Cx I2C Serial EEPROMs

onsemi N24Cx I²C Serial EEPROMs support Standard (100kHz), Fast (400kHz), and Fast-Plus (1MHz) I²C protocols. The data is written by providing a starting address and loading 1 to 16 contiguous bytes into a Page Write Buffer. Then, the data is written into non-volatile memory in one internal write cycle. The data is read by providing a starting address and then shifting out data serially while automatically incrementing the internal address count. With external address pins, it is possible to address up to eight onsemi N24C02, N24C32, or N24C64 devices, four N24C04 devices, two N24C08 or N24C256 devices, and one N24C16 device on the same bus.
