ZZZ-Finwave Semiconductor FW2002-EVB Evaluation Board
Finwave Semiconductor FW2002-EVB Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate the FW2002 high-power broadband SP2T RF switch. This switch features a 30W pulsed or 15W CW power handling and 150ns switching time or 250ns settling time. The FW2002 RF switch supports extended low-frequency operation down to 9kHz and is capable of hot switching. Typical applications include test and measurement systems and L, S, C, and X-band radio and RADAR modules.
